Hey man researched this before. Gpt integrations and llm chat bots Will kill their business. Literally no moat

I promised you that I would get back to you as soon as I received a response. I asked them, the following question; How does Text S.A. view the risk posed by GPT integrations and LLM chatbots potentially disrupting the business?

On the one hand, certainly not, because a bot in itself is not an alternative to such a platform. What's more, using AI always costs money (yes, even we offer OpenWidget using AI functionalities for free, because we have a goal in this - that's why we take these costs on ourselves).

Morgan Stanley published a report on AI adoption. According to this report, the largest companies are leading this process; medium and small ones are still waiting. The main blockers are concerns about data security, upcoming regulations, and image risk (PR) that may result from bot/AI errors.

These seem to be legitimate and strong arguments for using solutions provided by reliable providers such as Text.

On the other hand, AI changes a lot. These changes are very complex, Mr. Satya Nadella presented a vision of the market in which the SaaS model will disappear. Regardless of whether he is right, the customer acquisition process is changing, customer expectations are changing, payment models will change. Someone on X criticized us for saying that these changes are both "opportunities and threats". However, it seems to me that although we have great hopes related to the development of the industry and technology, it would not be responsible to ignore the risks.

Perhaps you're right. That's definitely their biggest risk. But perhaps they could provide the software that utilizes the LLM?

No I work in tech specifically in deploying llms . It is a good value buy at this price but nothing golden. Big contracts might continue but wait 2 years and there Will be no growth I promise. 7 years ago chatbots were all the hype , 2 years from now it will be a commodity like "creating a website " or " making an app" . Simple and easy , with multiple players to do so . I could be wrong, just my 2 cents. Tread with caution , I'd put my money in evvty which is closer to valuation , growth and is a real moat
