how does the shareholder structure look like in HAL?
Hi! Good question!
Approximately 68% is owned by the Van der Vorm family.
17% is held by the Melchers family.
The remainder is owned by institutional investors and retail shareholders, resulting in a relatively small free float.
interesting, many thanks!
I mentioned this in my Sunday post: Australia based East 72 Dynasty Trust’s Quarterly Report #7 June 2024 had a VERY extensive multipage discussion of the stock (seems to have Netherlands Caribbean origins/connections) and its owners: https://east72.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/E72DT-Quarterly-Report-Sept-2024.pdf
thanks - seems very interesting, downloaded and looking forward to read!
What's your reason to ignore HAL's holding in Technip Energies ?
I linked to your post for my EM links collection post today: https://emergingmarketskeptic.substack.com/p/emerging-markets-week-october-28-2024 Australia based East 72 Dynasty Trust’s Quarterly Report #7 September 2024 also had a VERY extensive multipage discussion of the stock - either it or the family seems to have Netherlands Caribbean origins/connections: https://east72.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/E72DT-Quarterly-Report-Sept-2024.pdf
